When you panic and sell, you are in no way helping yourself, neither are you helping the system. It's okay to worry when the prices are down, although I strongly believe that worrying is for people who do not fully understand what they are in for, but no matter what, do not panic and seel, unless of course you know that the coin is a shitty coin or you weren't going to hodl for a long term.

The cryptocurrencies are not like fiat money,the volatility is very high here. so if you get stressed watching the price fluctuations you would better quit doing crypto ,so I never ever get panic and always relaxed  price fluctuations in crypto is money  |

They are scared of loosing their money or it will not get what they want. You need to hold it, don't sell it quickly. I am sure who sell it in a low price regret because the price of it are slowly increasing. Patience is the key to continue.

Don't just be triggered to sell your coins if you see the market crashing. It will eventually go up again.

Lols, right Chilax! Bitcoin is already on its floor. The next possible crash might be 3k. But one thing for sure, 3-5yrs from now. Bitcoin will be $100k or higher. So what can we do now is to invest. If unsure just prepare the fiat so we can buy when Bitcoin will crash again. Why are people panic selling right now? Scared of a little regulation? That is bull! G20? All they might do is AML prevention. If you are not laundering money, nothing will happen to you!! And we don't want money launders in our midst anyway! Chillax, it will be OK!

It seems that the exosting long correction is over and bitcoin and alts are going green more often than red , let's keep our fingers crossed and hope that btc will reach its ATH by the end of this year.
