张某夫妇经过中介看中了位于成都天府新区华阳街道的一套二手房。首付21万后满心欢喜等待过户。谁知在约定办理过户手续日当天，房主李某觉得卖亏了，突然变卦并单方通知解约并阻止银行放贷。后经双流法院一审判决，李某房屋继续于判决生效后五日内过户张某夫妇，还要支付违约金、损失合计50000元，驳回张某夫妇其他诉讼请求。

这样判决有什么问题？法律我是不懂，但我觉得这样判决没问题啊
