Need $8 in my ePayments account, paying with Bitcoin or Perfect Money

I need $8 in my ePayments.com account so I can order their debit card.
Minimum deposit by Bitcoin is $50 and I do not wish to deposit that until I have my card.
Willing to pay whatever fee is involved.
