Considering the quality of the coin, It will be more than a good buy to get Ethereum at $400. Its one of the best coins there is in the market, second only to Bitcoin in terms of market value and market cap. Ethereum gas all the qualities of a future king, with an a most perfect technological platform which is upgraded and maintained on a regular basis. The fact that ICO keep launching on its platform mean that it will increase in value overtime,waiting for more dip may seem attractive, but how certain are we that it will deep further?

I try to see positive sides of all things that arounds me. And cheap ETH coin will like an opportunity to earn profits after Ethereum will rise. Strategically we see that cryptocurrencies are growing.

Anything Below the above mentioned price is a big bargain for ethereum. If you are hodler.. long term hodler more than 6 months I think this price is a great opportunity to accumulate and hold ethereum for months and years.

i think ETH ATH was around 1200$ so you are actullay buying at 1/3 of it's high , so it's a great investment especially ETH is a great coin with lots of room to grow

Ethereum under 500$ would be very good. If the price is below 400$, I would not think even a moment to buy it or not. Ethereum has a very good future, that we will see I think in 2 years.

i think you should wait a few more days as the prices might drop even further till the mid of July maybe and after that time i think the market will start to rise back again
