Need some help about Electrum.

I bought a new PC and want to transfer my Electrum credentials to the newly installed Electrum on my new PC.

I saved the 12 words and input it correctly but the field for NEXT is still disable and can't be clicked meaning something is wrong. How can I regain my backup? I need all my addresses listed on my old Electrum and want to transfer it to new one. There are lots so importing address one by one can be time consuming.

I still have my Electrum file on the old PC and not uninstalling it yet. Thanks.

When recovering seed on a new computer, you will most likely have to press "Extra" or "Options" from the seed recovery screen. I believe therw should be BIP39 if i remember correctly, so open that and then try pressing next. Your seed is probably generated with some other BIP version.

First what you need to check is your 12 words,are they completely accurate and do you enter them in proper order?Only one wrong letter and your seed is considered to be incorrect.It is also possible that you create "wallet with two-factor authentication" and now you try to use "standard option" or vice versa.

If you can not solve your problem with seed then you just copy your old Electrum files and paste in the appropriate folder on new PC.

For Windows : \Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Electrum\wallets (or %APPDATA%\Electrum\wallets)

For Mac : Open Finder - Go to folder (shift+cmd+G) and type ~/.electrum

For Linux : Home Folder - Go - Location and type ~/.electrum

My seed is correct 100%. No 2fa. I can't really import my old wallet. And when Im typing my bitcoin address instead that's the time NEXT button will be enabled.

In that case you are probably clicking the wrong Option, should be something like New Wallet - Restore from recovery seed or something similar. If you are clicking from "Watch address" or something similar, it will not accept the seed at all. Is it possible that you could send a screenshot of the window where you enter the seed? Of course without the seed or it censored.

Typing bitcoin address? There's no field for bitcoin address on Seed restoring. Looks like you hit the wrong directory of instead of choosing "Standard Wallet" , you choose "Import Bitcoin Address" or something term like that.

You must hit "Standard Wallet" then choose "I Have a Seed" and that's it. Or if my term is incorrect you can basically follow it based on my statement. Then wait for it to synchronized. Although Im not sure if the "Label" will also be restored but it doesn't matter after all as you can reviewed your Labeling on your old electrum wallet as it's not yet uninstalled on your old PC.

Oh there's already a reply within a sec of my post. Yes that is also my view and OP may hit the wrong option.
