we are not doing domain names for the moment, you would have to own your own domain and direct it to my nameservers.

Don't be surprised when things start to get sluggish when multiple customers chip in.

It shouldn't get sluggish our servers are hosted in a reputable data center, and I have a very good bulk deal with my provider, I have no need to overload the servers. I have over 200 accounts running over several servers and VPS's, new servers are ordered as and when they are needed.
I'm not just selling the same server resources to every customer. Your sites will stay responsive

What exactly does 10 "Accounts" mean on the developer package? Does it mean 10 sites, or 10 sub-accounts you can resell? In addition, do the other packages have limits on number of sites?

The 10 sites package is for developers who usually resell them to clients.

15TB of raw 1080p @ 24fps is only about 27 hours of video. The more pertinent concern is the length of time required to upload 15TB of video.

there is a 200mb file size limit for uploads, could be a pain.
