I don't throttle bandwidth, or impose any limits. 
If you are worried about resources, you should consider a dedicated server, (starting at £80/month or = BTC ) or a VPS (starting at £20/month or =BTC)
 
I do have a workaround for larger files and they can be spanned across several files and recombined server side.

You need a VPS to install programs; a webhosting account won't work.

Thats right, You need a VPS I can supply one for about £25/month, if your interested. Dont mind helping out on any projects, but i do need paying for my time.
