Your customer care gift card may be used toward the purchase of any item on Newegg.com. To redeem, simply enter the GIFT CARD ID and SECURITY CODE listed above in the checkout screen when placing your order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A “Customer Care Gift Card” means any gift card, whether in the form of a virtual e-card or an actual physical card, issued by Newegg Inc. (“Newegg”) and which is entitled “Customer Care Gift Card”. The term “Customer Care Gift Card” does not include “Gift Card”, “Promotional Gift Card” or “Store Credit Gift Card”.
A Customer Care Gift Card can be redeemed only through newegg.com or neweggbusiness.com (each a “Website”) and may only be used toward the purchase of merchandise or services offered for sale on either Website. To redeem a Customer Care Gift Card, you must enter your gift card ID and security code in the “Redeem Gift Card” area on the shopping cart page.
If you use your Customer Care Gift Card to make a purchase at a website and your purchase does not exhaust the credit balance on your Customer Care Gift Card, then you may use the remaining balance for future purchases, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. If you use your Customer Care Gift Card to make a purchase at a website which exceeds the credit balance on your Customer Care Gift Card, you will have to use another payment method to pay for the remainder of your purchase.
Customer Care Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Newegg is under no obligation to restore lost or stolen Customer Care Gift Cards.
A Customer Care Gift Card cannot be used toward the purchase of a Newegg Gift Card.
You cannot add additional credit to a Customer Care Gift Card after it has been issued by Newegg.
A CUSTOMER CARE GIFT CARD EXPIRES NINETY (90) DAYS AFTER IT IS ISSUED.
If you receive a Customer Care Gift Card in connection with your purchase of an item, your Customer Care Gift Card will be voided if you subsequently return that item to Newegg for a refund.
Customer Care Gift Card is not a credit card or debit card.
A Customer Care Gift Card may not be resold. Newegg reserves the right to void any Customer Care Gift Card it believes has been resold.
A holder of a Customer Care Gift Card can obtain balance and other card information at any time by following link: (secure.newegg.com/GiftCertificate/NewGiftCertificate.aspx) and entering the card ID and security code, or by calling Newegg Customer Service at (800) 390-1119 during normal business hours.
Except to the extent of any express conflict with these Terms & Conditions for Customer Care Gift Cards, Newegg’s standard Policy and Agreement applies to Customer Care Gift Cards. All provisions of these Terms & Conditions are enforced except where prohibited by law.
