I'm new to bitcoin so I'm just wondering in this forum there are probably a lot of people who's their main income is from bitcoin business. I'm not talking about student who has a website using bitcoin as their final project, or the pizza guy who accepting bitcoin, or the company making the ASIC mining machine since they are still sell those machine in dollars.

I'm asking if is there any people out there who is mainly making website as using bitcoin as currency, and he only lives off from that? And maybe the bitcoin traders like stock tranders as well?

I know of several people (out of the thousands reading this forum) that work full-time on a bitcoin-related business. That's not many, but it will grow. A LocalBitcoins trader might be able to make some decent part-time money, but I doubt there are any full-time exchange traders.

There are some news articles about hobos making some cash on bitcoin.
Most people, myself included, regard bitcoin as not a get quick rich scheme, but more as a way to have fun.
As the bitcoin economy expands, perhaps the job market in bitcoin would increase.

I am a full time bitcoiner. I have a decent number of them, but I am trying to save them more and more. I actually made a paper wallet for retirement and put as many as I can. I am 23 so I have a while. I am trying to get into bitcoin startups around me, but there are hardly any hiring (NYC). As I am also building new websites, doing business deals. Living off bitcoins is so hard I hate it, I have to plan every moment and dollar I spend. Cause I didn't want to get screwed by exchange rates and rather borrow money from friends than have fiat dollars left over.

Could you tell me what is your main bitcoin business? Or you have a lot of multiple bitcoin business at the same time?

I am currently working on a business now, before this I did freelancing web site making when bitcoin was like $5, now bitcoins are like $170 so because of that raise I was able to just come out of school and do nothing. I also had 2 business that were very niche start accepting bitcoin really early on and I was offered for both of them a good amount of bitcoins so I did sell them.

There is definitely a fair amount of people that are doing this.
Sadly I'm not one of them even though I'd like to be.
I don't really know what I could do..
Max profit bet, all in on a dice game, and hope for the best.

This is why you should ignore financial advice in the Newbies forum.

As you can see a lot of people who use the site are either developing or in a Bitcoin related company. But considering the amount of people who aren't greatly out weigh the amount who are. But hopefully that will change over time and Bitcoin will become a lot more popular among businesses.

The house always wins right? You should quit whilst you are ahead. You should benefit from the profit now instead of feeling terrible when you lose it in the future.

Even if I was wasted, I could never ALL-IN on a shady on-line BTC game!
