Are there any alert apps for the volumes per transaction?

Are there any apps that track and alert about how much of the volume has been sold vs bought? For example, I'd like to receive an alert if someone suddenly sells 100 btc in a single transaction.

Have there been any such apps?

I know there are plenty of apps that checks the trading volume/change of 24h but I don't think there is one to check transactions in exchanges for a specific amount. It shouldn't be something hard to achieve though, you will have to simply check the order book (using API) for the different exchanges.
