The main reason for the pushback has been fine tuning the platform build out and a focus on blockchain conferences and networking.

"Due to the significant amount of interest we've received from private investors during the aftermath of our presale we are allowing them as much time as they require in order to refine their offers. This has taken more time than expected because of the fast and ever evolving market conditions - meticulous and yet agile is how we have to operate today - but it does mean plans for our ICO always changes, even if always the end goal."
