I recently created accounts with Dwolla and bitmarket.eu.  I was excited to purchase 8 bitcoins. Moments after the purchase transaction was completed, an unauthorized withdrawal transaction was posted to my account that drained my account to a 0 balance!

I notified bitmarket.eu and did not receive a a reply.

I suspected keylogging, so I scanned & cleaned my computer using ComboFix, Malwarebytes and ESET NOD32.  I then changed all my passwords and made another purchase transaction.  Moments after the BTC were deposited into my account, I watched another unauthorized withdrawal transaction post that drained my account to a 0 balance!

Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for your loss. I have no insight to give, but I've bought bitcoins on bitmarket.eu several times without the same happening to me.

Actually, last time I did I also wanted to change my payout address - and that could only be done by also verifying a mail sent to my registered email address. So, if your coins were transferred to an address you don't own then someone must have access to your email as well.

What do you mean with "withdrawal action"? Is your withdrawal address still the same (this would indicate a bitmarket.bug) or is it a different one (this would clearly show you were hacked). Also: did you receive any mails regarding an BTC WIthdrawal change? If no, it really sounds like there might be a bug at bitmarket.

you made a purchase, and moments after you got your btc....

well as seller on bitmarket, i have to release the btc to you.
how did you manage to be just there when the seller pressed the button ?

maybe you mistake something and sellers havent released them yet?
