I believe this project is a scam. Why? If they scam people on one project, why won't they scam people on the next one which is extremely similar?
I heard good stories about
coinbot.club which was built by the same team and decided to give it a good try, topped up the account by 200$+ value of BTC back then, connected exchange and started to wait for the bot to start trading. But it did not.. It did not trade for many months and support did nothing, claiming "market is in a downtrend". (Hey, in uptrend I can HOLD myself, without your not working bot.)
I asked them to refund the money but they refused. I'm not sure why? If your service does not work, why you don't return money for it? Looked like a scam from day one. But money was already there and I kept trying..
They gave a lot of false promises and excuses (like Poloniex API not being available) to make it work because I mailed them once a few months, but then they stopped replying to my support emails. (I can share all correspondence, a good half of it is in Russian though.)
I've tried to see if the API key is valid and used and on Poloniex I see "Last Accessed: 2019-05-22 20:55:49 from 188.166.3.226" for their API key.
To sum up since 2018-07-09 at 13:45:49 when I topped up my account on
coinbot.club it did exactly one trade, 2018-11-30 at 19:39 it purchased 1880.09034148 CVC coins. Did not ever sell it, it's still there on the exchange. Buy price was 0.00001594 BTC. Current price is 0.00001042 BTC. Bot strategy was set to "Balanced". It did not even sell the token when it grew by 30% in March and not it's in a downtrend. (I'm keeping it just to see what happens next.)
I changed strategy to "Aggressive" to see if it would make more than one trade a year now, but I doubt it.
And all the time their site kept telling "Profit within 90 days = 91,40%" which looks like a hardcoded value
. Profit when they even told in official Twitter that bot is paused because of the market downtrend. They even still publish blog posts to the project to "look like not dead".
