The most trusted Dogecoin wallets are the official wallet and MultiDoge.
Both are proper wallets, meaning you have to install them onto your computer. Multidoge is a light wallet; the official wallet needs the whole blockchain, but you can find download link for that on Reddit.

I've used Dogechain.info wallet for few years and I think it's safe enough to use. But I had to stop using it because I can't send DOGE, I'm always getting message about Insufficient funds and sometimes my browser freezes when I try to send DOGE.
So, I started to use MultiDoge on PC and Coinomi on Android phone.
