乌克兰外交部新闻发言人马里亚纳·别察17日在社交媒体网站上说，“鉴于俄罗斯坚持在克里米亚和塞瓦斯托波尔市进行俄总统选举投票”，乌方禁止俄普通公民在俄驻乌使领馆进行总统选举投票。乌外交部已于今年2月照会俄外交部，要求俄方不要在克里米亚举行俄总统选举投票，并以此作为允许在乌的俄普通公民前往俄驻乌使领馆投票的前提条件。乌方未禁止在乌的俄外交人员在使领馆参加俄总统选举投票，但普通俄公民只能回俄投票。

乌克兰跟俄罗斯看来是干上了，另外，我想说，我要去乌克兰看美女，能娶个回来是最好了
