Hi, As many people have already complained against CEX.IO. I am here to add another one. I have deposited 5000 usd on 11th February and it never showed up on the exchange however their processing time is 14 days. I have tried my best to contact support and they asked me to give them time and to provide transfer details that were given in full. Now they have stopped replying to the ticket and even tried to close the ticket without a reply ( Request #681848). Be careful people this place is not trustworthy. Let your friends know the exchange can be extremely unhelpful and will cheat you of your money. Also file complaints to the authorities so that they can be investigated. Also leave comments here if you have also been cheated. So more people can read and stay away from them.

These terms depend on banks, providers, partners and can vary on the policies and specifics of our users' banks. First of all thanks for reply.
60 days is not far so I will wait.
Also the support could have told me 60 days rather they choose to stay silent on the matter for 2 weeks without any response.

60! What the heck! Let me check my calendar again. Yes, it's 2018 and not 1975 so how can it take SIXTY banking days to process a wire transfer! Wait... sixty banking days would mean a 5-day working week which translates to 60 / 5 = 12 weeks! And 12 weeks = 3 months! Three months to process a wire. These fraudsters must be joking and must be laughing all the way to the bank! They probably think everyone here is too stupid to realize that a SWIFT transfers takes just hours to reach the destination bank. ACH works just as fast. OTC cash deposits even faster. They have the audacity and nerve to make a mockery of their customers.

Oh wait, even back then bank transfers wouldn't take 60 banking days to complete! You could probably take a cruise and go around the entire world in 60 days. International SWIFT transfers will take up to only 3 days at max. SEPA transfers take 2 days at max. What transfers are you using, CEX? If your banking partners are not even competent enough to process a normal transaction within 2 weeks, then you should probably just stop contacting them altogether.

I would agree with you guys 60 days is alot and its an issue if you are an active trader. My confidence has definetly been shaken.
As for CEX.IO, I would say please automate ur bank transfer services or improve the process with banks.
I seriously never wanted to come and write under this section here but then it seemed a neccessity.

Let me assure you that right after your feedback with the delay in response to your queries we've also investigated the situation and took all the needed actions to prevent such things in future. Please be informed that your funds have already been credited to your account. The delay in the process has been caused by missing reference and order number. You or your bank manager haven't put these 2 fields in the first place making the transaction. Thus, the investigation process between our banks took some time. This information should be included in payment appointment while initiating wire deposit in order of successful payment processing. It was stated altogether among the bank details on a deposit page of your CEX.IO account. We do apologize for the inconveniences you've experienced due to this delay and kindly ask you to be more attentive with bank details during making any further wire transfers. Thank you for confirming the information here. Unfortunately, the process of crypto-related transactions is different and more complicated than traditional bank wires between 2 physical banks. At least you got this deposit at the end. Still took a long long time though and you had to write a scam accusation just to get a response from support staff from their site which is pretty absurd. CEX, I see your ads every day on youtube/google. Instead of investing all of your money and time in advertising your site, why not try to solve your current issues with fiat banking? It's nice to see that you're trying to make changes, but clearly you've been having issues with fiat banking system for not just a few days or even weeks now. Been going on for months for both deposits and withdrawals. Hopefully you can get your stuff together. I used to like your exchange for the fact that you could trade GH/s on an open market.

On 13 January 2018, I bankwired US$10,000 to CEX. CEX rejected the bankwire and told they would refund my amount. Till 17 April, over 90 days, the amount has not been credited.
Despite several followups with CEX, they have not provided any proof of attempt to transfer my money. Everytime they have responded with "please be patient", "our Finance Department is working on this" or "the issue will be escalated".
My bank in the UAE told me that CEX's bank in Poland has confirmed that CEX account is blocked due to prosecution. To me it's irrelevant. All I need is my $10,000 back in my account.
Your assistance is highly appreciated.
