Recovered by completely removing the% appdata% \ lines folder, previously saving lines.wallet. The problem repeated. Is it enough to save lines.wallet once? After the first restore, the last incoming transaction disappeared, although the synchronization seems to have passed. Maybe I'm wrong ... Thank you!

try to reinstall the wallet and launch it as an administrator. Also make sure you DID shut down an old wallet

But believe me, a 1,000,000,000 of total supply is not a meaningless amount and it has been subject to a lot of preliminary discussions and calculations.
