I believe that every person the permissible amount of investment should always be determined strictly individually. After all, it is in any case a certain risk, so you need to determine for yourself what it can be.

The best amount to invest in crypto currency is the amount that you are ready to lose painlessly. This phrase is known to everyone, but in my opinion, this is right phrase.

it all depends on your mindset, because whatever happens inside it is very much related to the results you will get, but based on my experience at the beginning of investing with $ 1k and now doubled to about $ 3.5k and I continue to continue trading eth and bitcoin that I can rely on today.

It depends how good or not good project is. In good ICO you can invest 1/4 of your funds. This is usually how i do it. If the project  is risky i invest small amount from my depo.

What is a good amount to start with when investing into crypto?

I see lots of posts about “I have $100 / $200, what should I buy” and most of the time the answers are with that amount just invest in an ICO etc etc.

I would be interested to know what people here consider a good starting amount to invest...and I know the basics of not investing more than you can afford to loose but for arguements sake, what’s a good number to start with?

I’m not so much interested from a whale perspective of investing like $500k or $1mill, more so the normal everyday average joe male/female investor who wants to dabble in the crypto market. Would it be $1k, $2k, $5k, $10k, $20k etc? People new to the game or interested to start investing in this space may find this useful so they know a rough number which would be a good starting point before turning  that into riches (the obvious dream).

For reference I initially started with about $3k (it’s not loads but it was a start) and over time I’ve added more and more (it gets addicting) into the pot as and when I have the money to spend and when the time seems good to buy.
Crypto investment is more like an equity based investment with some level of risk. Therefore every investor must calculate the risk with the particular coin and use that to determine the amount he or she choose to invest.
Usually people say that you invest the amount you're willing to lose. But I think that any amount you invest will be dear to you because every penny is important, so being cautious could be the only solution.

A good amount for you to invest would be something that you can really afford to lose. Don't let people pressure you into putting more money than you can afford to lose into cryptos. Cryptos are very unpredictable, there are a lot of risks involved. There are times when you will be waiting a long time for the market to recover
agree, if you invest not because of pressure, the money you invest should you wait if you want to achieve big profits and if luck there in the near future it does not take long because crypto is true can not be predicted.

safe investment is the best way, do not invest with high risk like foreign exchange, because the funds you have can be lost all, we better invest in real objects such as gold

I think that if you are a newbie in cryptocurrency it is much better not to invest large amount. Familiarize the situation in the market then slowly adjust your capital by 30-50% of your start up amount. Until you can be called expert then you can invest larger amount.

I would state it relies upon your financial plan/budgetary solidness. kindly don't put for your entire life funds into crypto. There is as yet a posibility that it might crash. Soo simply distribute a little percent of cash to be put resources into crypto. Contributing isn't about how much the sum you have to contribute however how much cash you need to contribute and how much benefit you need to win and its likewise what venture stage you need to include

The sum does not make a difference in light of the fact that you contributed what you can bear to lose, to me what makes a difference is the thing that undertaking you will put on your cash into. Individuals who contributed a considerable measure now and again have greater stresses than the individuals who contributed a bit. The imperative thing here is that you are putting resources into a decent task , if not, your speculation is on a par with nothing. Keep in mind, the greater you contribute, the greater the benefit. For me, particularly for novices, get a considerable measure of experience first by beginning in a little sum at that point go higher later on that is the procedure I utilize and that is what is important.

The first thing when I want to invest in a project is to see the founder of that project. If it is a good person, prestige will have a positive impact on the community and the ability to hit the floor is also higher

Because the encryption here is not for short-term profit, but for long-term profit, and if you're impatient here, you're going to lose all your money.
Don't invest in money you can't afford to lose!
