The stock market is overvalued in the USA,  just type into google USA stock market crash, stocks overvalued. This coming stock market crash will cause people to want to find other ways to invest their money and gold is not efficient.
Trump has cut taxes for big wall street companies but this is a temporary fix and ven with that temporary fix the market is dropping.The stock market is very overvalued and now is negative for 2018 because of the dropping.The stock market is full of hot air and it will crash. It depends if people are going to see bitcoin and cryptocurrency as safe heaven. Because if stock market crushes and price of dollar crush I don't think that many people will go towards bitcoin, because they don't have knowledge about it and it is seen as some shady thing between ordinary people.

If the stock market crashes, crypto market will follow it. I don't expect investors to use cryptocurrency as a capital protection investment because of the current stand of USA on cryptocurrency. Precious metals like gold and silver have been used for such purposes since a long time and this time there will be no exception. Because cryptocurrency market has not yet earned such credibility to provide capital protection. It is not matured enough yet. So don't expect that people will move their funds to crypto market, if stock market crashes. That ain't gonna happen.

So there's no news that stock market is a bubble? How ironic that the usual market is crashing but there's no news but okay that's the reality of biased reporting with media. Moving on to the topic, if stock market crashes what I noticed is bitcoin is following too. I don't know the reason but it happened early this year.

i don't follow the US stocks market to know whether you are right about the crash or not, but IF it does really crash and have a bad time in the following months then it can mean that some money will be transferred to bitcoin and it may lead to a little rise. but there is a big problem here and that is the fact that bitcoin is not having such a nice time right now either.

if bitcoin was on the rise already then a Stocks market crash could have meant a big rise in bitcoin because a lot of money would have switched to bitcoin. but during a downtrend in bitcoin the investors aren't blind, they see that downtrend and will tread with more caution.

I have read an article recently wherein the market cap of the US stock market has shown a decrease in the total fiat supply. Since the start of this year people has been pulling out there money from the traditional stocks. Not sure though but this is just my sentiment, we are seeing a possibility of people pulling out their resources from the stock market and slowly looking into investing to crypto currencies(not just on bitcoins itself). This is just my personal opinion though.

I can't comment on your claim saying that the stock market is overvalued as I don't know much about it to be able to make a contribution to the topic.

About the stock market crash though, that's completely assuming that the stock investors will move on to cryptocurrencies; and take note that stocks, crypto, and gold aren't the only things people can invest in(e.g. real estate, etc). If something, probably only a very small percentage of those stock investors will move to crypto, as I think they really don't like very volatile markets.

I don't follow the stock market's movement in relation to Bitcoin's so I can't compare past performances, but wasn't there a point last month where the dow plunged along with Bitcoin? Here's an article that details it, though it focuses more on the stock market side:

That incident makes it seem to me that the stock market crashing would have little consequence for Bitcoin prices. Heck, it could even be surmised from that that a stock market crash would also mean a Bitcoin crash. Personally, I think it's far more likely that they just don't have anything to do with each other.

Either way, we don't know if the stock market is crashing for sure, and we certainly can't conclude that it will result into a Bitcoin pump.
