Needed: Employment services website like ODesk

I think enough features could be added to survive against ODesk accepting bitcoins.
Though my 2 cents say that ODesk wont accept bitcoins...ever, thus giving such a website the edge in the shadow economy.

they are similar in being sites for gigs for bitcoins. I don't think anything(even the site you listed) is going to be quite at the oDesk caliber for a good while.
