Most exchanges require a verification in order to deposit or withdraw outside currency like USD

    Valid government-issued ID or passport
    Address
    Proof of address

The only problem I face is that I am a young student and don't own my own place. So I don't have any of the utility bills in my name to verify my address.

Is there anyone else who had the same problem? Did you solve it?

Or an I trapped with only unverified account privileges until i get my own place?

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Sometimes they accept a credit card bill in place of a utility bill. You can also try your pay stub.
