I saw my balance was 50 btc with one 3 btc stratis buy order, total with 53 btc, but when I cancelled my 3 btc buy order, I saw my balance shows 53 btc, after that, I refreshed my page, it showed 50 btc again, and my 3 btc is missing, please help me and audit my account balance, thanks.

Do you suffer such issues before? I just sent a ticket for further audit my account.

That seriously doesn't make sense.

You should provide some screenshots as well as your deposits/withdrawal history and your trading history if that is possible. Otherwise how do you expect anyone to audit your account for you without any proof or screenshots?

When you cancel an order, the balance should go from 'on orders' to your total balance. The actual balance shouldn't change at all.

Hopefully you get a response from poloniex support or just find out that it's been a bug. I would suggest removing the rest of the 50 BTC from polo for now until you sort this out.

Poloniex had already a problem like you described.

So you should send them a support ticket with screenshots and their twitter link (for the case, that they forgot their issue)

It is probably this issue. It is an issue that poloniex has obviously acknowledged, and OP should quote this twitter message and tell them to look into your account along with the appropriate screenshots and trade history.

Although the only thing would be that they're probably not going to give you a response in time, probably not until weeks after you submit a request for support.

BTW on a side note, you are storing a lot of bitcoin and cryptos in general on an exchange. I would definitely not store that high of an amount on poloniex in specific because of the problems and their business changing hands recently. Try to get some of the funds out of your account into a wallet that you own.

Happened to me before on my NEM balanced but I think that was a viewing bug (I don't know how it called). Transactions, History etc. all are good. My balanced turned into 0 on which way more alarming and really gaves me an extreme frustration because "why the hell it was happened". Prior to that, as far as I can remember, I did bought that coin then after that I head to "Balance" section and checked the "Hide all 0" but no NEM on the list with balances. The bitcoin estimated value is not changed meaning the view is only the problem but overall my NEM balances there was counted.

What I did is, logout, clear everything (cookies, cache), exit browser, restart PC. Then when I came back, the balanced is now showing. Just a different case to you since your overall USD/BTC value are being deducted.
