I don't think so.it's hard to come bitcoin at 3000$ .It will happen when marketcap go to 150 or maybe lesser.but the market not gonna go there.And yeah market is down for resons but it will up soon and if its go to 3k$ it will be a great chance to buy some btc at 80% sale.That will be great.I think the lowest price for btc this year will be 5.5k-6k already hapend.And in the end of the year bitcoin will go to 25k or atleast break its ath.lets see and hopes for best.
