Maybe you mistyped your Bitcoin address?

The only address you have is the one that shows up on the Bitcoin client right??

anyone?

Assuming the two transactions appearing in the block chain are from the pool, then you should see them in your wallet.

The wallet needs to have all the blocks:

Currently: 138027

Does that solve your problem?

everything seems correct. I have two different transactions coming to my wallet, but I'm not seeing them in my Bitcoin client.

You have triple checked that the address that you entered into the website is *exactly* equal to yours?

You have copied your wallet.dat to a safe location, deleted everything in the bitcoin folder, put a *copy* of your wallet.dat file back in that folder and relaunched the bitcoin client?

Good Luck!

Delete everything?? I just saved my wallet.dat file on my flash drive. Why would I want to  delete everything?

You want to delete everything there to force the client to rebuild the blockchain database so it can find your payment.

1) copy your wallet.dat to a safe place (it appears you have done this to your usb)

2) Delete *everything* in the bitcoin folder, most especially the two files that begin with blk

3) *copy* your wallet dat file back into the bitcoin folder and run the bitcoin client again.

4) watch the blocks be rebuilt, don't fiddle with it during this process, just leave it alone

BTW I notice you did not confirm that you triple checked that you entered the address perfectly in slush's website.

Thank you so much. I quadruple checked just for you.

LOL! I hope you see those blocks being re-generated by now and in 1/2 hour or so you should see your payment.

Look at what block number the transactions are in blockexplorer and then look back at the number your bitcoin client shows.  As long as your bitcoin client shows a smaller number, it doesn't know about the transactions yet.

Welcome to bitcoin!

this was on slush pool, aka BPM, aka mining.bitcoin.cz right? did you change your wallet recently?

I just had a bit of a scare (still somewhat worried actually, but I will find out for sure soon)

I changed my bitcoin address, and hit the button that sends you the email to confirm.

click the link on the email and it said "confirmed" and I thought I was good to go.

but the notification on the "my account" page kept saying that I needed to confirm still, even after refreshing the page. (I did not try to log out and then log back in, which I probably should have.)

so after a while this message started to piss me off and I hit the "resend" link and got another email, hit that link and I thought everything was good this time! the confirmation needed message went away and everything.

but then a couple days later, I notice that I passed my auto-cashout limit (1.3 btc) and yet I did not see payment in my new wallet...  Shocked it was at this time that I realized that I don't recognize the wallet address for my slush account.

I am rebuilding my old wallet right now *(it's taking FOREVER) in the hopes that the coins went there, but I'm worried that it might have been sent to one of the many test accounts I made when I was first playing around with transfers. (yes I was trying to figure out a way to cheat the system Smiley

I think it unlikely but there's also the chance that I somehow got redirected and someone, somehow, maliciously substituted their own address for mine when I hit the resend button... but I think that's highly unlikely. I mean, come on, it's only 1 freakin' coin, lol.

just wondering if you also changed your wallet address recently?

Guessing you didn't read my post(s).....

He doesn't have enough blocks downloaded to see the transaction, and that was probably the same issue he had the first time (before trying any fixes).
