Nope. It's quite obvious that they're merit farming between one another (or rather his/her alt accounts). Almost all of them, have sent some merits to another account from the list (there's a pattern).
The time in which the events folded, shows a clear path that more accounts are involved (if you look deeper).

The tough part is proving they are the same account.  Then we can leave negative feedback.

It was established from almost the first day that sending merits to your friends happens, and can't be controlled.

It's all well and good finding patterns but, getting enough evidence to prove 100% that these accounts should be tagged is very difficult. I think a lot of people are too eager around here to plaster their red mark everywhere. A lot of false positives have probably happened through this method.

That was not a slip up, I was going to PM stingers thanking him for sending me merit and was going to give him an offer for buying my predictions. Source : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2625027.msg32448314#msg32448314 , here he had been happy with my predictions and wanted more of them and so I wanted to sell my predictions. I usually copy paste the name into the "To:" of the New Message page. I had already copied his name to my clipboard for the purpose of sending him message and by mistake while applying for the signature campaign I had in my mind that I already have copied my username(I copy and paste my username also so that the capital R and H comes as it is and I don't have to type it), and I pasted the same in the signature campaign form.
I hope that someone else's negative trust won't affect mine. Thank you.
