Whaf if i only join the bounty programs after 2 weeks?

can i still get some stakes?

or if i miss 1 week,  will i not get any penny?

You can get your stakes even if you join it before 1 week of its end, as long as it is accepting new participants.
So, the answer is yes. You can get stakes even if you miss a few weeks. Join it anytime and complete the things required and you will get what you deserve for that, regardless the time of your joining.

It depends on the rules of the bounty, some signature bounty requires to stay until the end or you will be disqualified, there are some signature bounties dont require that. But in social media campaigns I dont encounter any bounty campaign that disqualify your registration if you done the work for 2 weeks and then you stop, you will still get your stakes at the end of the campaign.

For almost bounty that i've joined there are no rules that forbid someone to join the bounty because they aren't join on the first week. As long as registration form still can be open and submit, you are allow to join the bounty and if you doing the job correctly you will receive full stake.

There is no definite answer to your question. It always depends on the bounty you're applying for. READ the RULES, that's the best advice.
A good Bounty (Manager) will always have rules in place that describe how the bounty is set up. If there are questions after you read the rules, join the bounty telegram group and ask there or in the thread.
