Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

she would probably sell one for  5BTC  Smiley

Why are these going for so much?  I get that they're rare, but 5 BTC for a 1 BTC coin?  It seems a little too expensive.

see what day it was funded on the block chain, sept 7th or maybe 9th 2011 is first day.

id have to look it up.

The oldest I have is the 19th of sept 2011, so I guess I do not have one!
