Went to a big LANparty up her in the Pacific Northwest and they had a massive amount of sponsors.
Well, we came home sitting pretty...
1 Nvidia Geforce 550 TI (traded a friend for his GF's 5750, currently mining)
1 Nvidia Geforce 560 (working on a trade for an ATI card at the moment)
1 Nvidia Geforce 560 TI (traded for a friends 6870 which he won)
1 Sapphire 6870 (will be in GF's comp 6870CFX and mining when not used)
As well as a few other odds and ends, (like a 990X from intel. 8D )
It was worth it, 4 days away from all responsibilities and good fun with friends.
Out $600 in hotel room, gas, food, and odds and ends.
In close to approx 3k worth of hardware due to raffles, contests, and give aways.
After everything, I'll be mining with; HD4850 (75Mhash), HD5750 (175Mhash), 2xHD5830 (275MHash each), 2x6870 (300Mhash each), and 6950 (340Mhash)
If you're a gamer and a bitcoin miner, it pays to go to them... even the smaller ones can net you some free schwag (like ram)... but the best thing you get is at least a day having fun with some great people!!!
