Bitcoin for start up projects

I'm basically new here in the cryptocurrency world, I noticed that most start up projects like ICOs and such are using alt coins like ETH and NEM for their projects.
Are there any start ups that uses the Bitcoin blockchain? Name a few please if there is. Thank you.

But there are many people invested on creating the ERC20 tokens but there are no project works or anything to create the token based on the bitcoin related new coins bro. There is no source coder can own the creation right for the new coins from bitcoins.
There are many altcoin creation services has been created here. What is reason to make you think that bitcoin smart contract bro. LOL

They are using ETH and NEM or any other type that will enable them to create their own tokens to get funding. I don't know if there is any startup focusing on bitcoin (there surely is some). Point with ETH like currencies is they allow third parties to write and deploy their smart contracts and other stuff
