Looking for PHP developer (with some JS) for Joint Venture

Hello,

Looking for a PHP developer that knows some front end JS for a joint venture.

The project (code) is roughly 1/3 complete. It is a pretty decent size project so expect 1-2 months of development work.
 This is for equity only, you handle developing/maintenance/hosting and I will handle all of the marketing, scalability, buyout opportunities
