I guess that includes start of the January 2018 until a total of printed Tether are $300 million. Well for me I don't really believe on Tether because this is a fake money that they can't print all the time they want just to control the market price.

Roughly 24 hours after this massive print. Twitter co-founder, Jack Dorskey, starts promoting BTC and its "dictative" future..
Not to mention the G20 summit talking sideways when its comes to crypto, making it look like its nothing special, BUT still unregulated (Mostly passive-perspectivating focus is added)..

I sense an avoidance regarding getting the public to buy, before a (hopefully) high increase of value. So that the big influential whales, yet again can dump high and make a huge profit.

Your beliefs seems very limited.. Tether always thriving to be valued at 1 dollar. It doesnt matter if YOU think its fake or not, when the majority, funding coorps, and genral public believes in it enough, to be valued at said price. Dont forget their rep is based on stable liquifiyng.

what if the tether is used to dump crypto or bitcoin the market? 300M is not a small amount, it's a big amount. I really not believing tether right now

I dont get your logic. My logic says that printing tether should boost Bitcoin price.  They buy bitcoin or other alts with this tether.  A lot of tether was printed at end of 2017 when price of Bitcoin was hyperbolic.  

What is the main reason behind printing tether because why don't we trade with the current supply of tether? Whether tether printing will make us increase the price of Bitcoin and it will affect the price of other altcoins.

I hope what you say is true. If we rise to $ 18,000, we all will be comfortable, we will see falling prices for a long time, and bitcoin needs a big boost. I want to exceed the $ 15,000 limit as soon as possible

This is a huge printing press just going off... Without any sort of physical printing going on.

People still don't realize that tether isn't backed by anything but their word. All the auditing mean nothing if they do not actually pay you at the end. Just because there is money in the bank account doesn't mean that it's specifically assigned to tether, it could be from a loan from someone else.

I hate IOUs like this. I would honestly rather hold other pegged cryptos like BitUSD which is considered to be shady, than Tether.

I wonder how BTC will be affected, though. I don't think it will by much honestly.

Reason should be that someone give 1 million UDS and he gets 1 million tether.  If that is not the case then we will soon have problem. But I believe that is the case.

They did it before, and uproars have happened. Didn't stop them from producing even more out of absolute thin air. It's like they really don't care anymore about the critical condition of crypto, and just want to fuel the fire, get out as much as they can while they still can. If they think they can artificially boost crypto demand by making available more worthless Tethers, which by the way even at current value immediately loses millions... and worse, if traders allow it to happen, which they will, this will just be another element of actual financial world creeping into crypto.

What can we do about it? Or are we willing to do anything about it?
