The interface is user friendly, I noticed you have had to make room for various recommendations made by earlier reviewers in bringing the site to its present look and that's commendable. I want to say the presence of fee calculator and status screen provides good enough information a user needs without having to look up some.

It is possible to change 'pending time' with a slider 'Transfer delay' that is directly under the field for your wallet address and the Service fee slider. It seems you have used default settings of 'Transfer delay' that are proposed as a random time initially during your order. For example, if you preset the time delay as 1 min, you would receive your coins almost immediately.

Hopefully this explanation can change your opinion about this issue.

Ok, upon the site loading up I first noticed the simple apparently fail proof choices.
Only after fiddling with the settings for a bit did I see that this mixer is indeed a genius
way to keep your identity out of the spotlight and it’s rock solid in my eyes. Good interface,

1. 2018-03-31 17:58:31 you sent an amount of 0.0065 BTC to our address: 36fQ8gJuLMa2oTPkZRFa9fPs5xNTZo17iF

2. your transaction was added to the block after 32 minutes only (at 2018-03-31 18:30:26), in other words your transaction received first confirmation

3. within 1 minute after receiving of first confirmation our system created a payment order taking into account the preset time delay (in your order a delay of 159 minutes was preset by you)

4. our system sent to you money at 2018-03-31 21:11:05, i.e. 160 minutes after receiving of first confirmation.

'There are two factors that can influence on it:
1. Architecture of our system
Our system is developed in the way that we can not check the status of your transactions every second, checking takes place every minute and therefore there is a possible slight delay before creation or execution of orders, from 1 to 59 seconds;

2. Different time synchronization of nodes
For example, our system sent your transaction 11 seconds before than blockchain.info recorded it because of the time synchronization.

Both of these factors are natural.'

Design & UI : I liked the design and your website made mixing coins so easy and straightforward even for newbies to tumbling services like these. The additional of (❓) on each page was really helpful. The availability of site in different languages is also a plus point.

I liked that the status of mixing or transferring of coins was being updated on the same page, but once I had to reload the page to view that the txn was complete.

I also liked that BestMixer Code is saved automatically, to avail benefits for future mixing.

Btw, why is the Fevicon() different from your actual service's logo() ?

Coins Supported : I think its the first time I saw these many coins that can be mixed by a service. With the addition of Ethereum, it would definitely the best mixer !

Transfer Delay : I received my coins almost exactly at the transfer Delay mentioned.

Actual Mixing : The site uses randomization in fees and time delays and really makes it standout from others and makes the coins untraceable. I read the posts on your ANN thread and came to know that you have used the most advanced method for mixing coins so they cannot be traced back.

Overall : I sent the coins to mixer and received back to another address in complete randomized way, what else would one want from such service   ?

I've mixed some bitcoin cash (almost a half) using your mixer and here's how I'd like to sum it all up:

-Overall, the process was very simple.

-The final transaction's explorer URL should be provided after the order is completed.

-Fee calculator should be placed on "Service Fee" page as well.

-3 minute transfer delay and 48 hours transfer delay provide an equal strength to Mixing strength meter. I think with increase of further transfer delay (after 3 minutes), the Mixing strength meter should increase further as well.

-Interface is extremely easy-to-use. Even a 3-year-old can easily figure out how it all works.

-Website is superbly responsive on every of my devices (android phone, tablet, laptop).

-SEO hasn't been focused much IMO, page consists of just three keywords and bestmixer.io doesn't pop up on Google even with those only-three search keywords.
