Today i deposited 99.1 LTC to my vircurex account but coins aren't credited yet to my account.

Withdrawels are possible, so I believe it's a technical problem.

Already wrote e-mail to their support but no reply from their side.

Anybody else with the same problem ?
How can the Bitcoin system be changed?

Same here. I deposited 1 BTC and the transaction shows up in the blockchain as usual. Over 100 confirmations meanwhile. But nothing has arrived in my Vircurex account. Very strange as it worked perfectly ok in the past.

I deposited 365 LTC last night and currently have over 300 confirmations, but it's not in my account.  No word from customer support.

reddit user Slavaa also deposited 10 LTC 2 days ago with the same problem.

more users have reported lost deposits, I started this thread on /r/bitcoin to see if we could crowd source some info.

The owner of vircurex will probably get away with the BTC, withdraw before it's too late !

I have some good news. The missing 1.0 BTC eventually turned up in my account.
Furthermore, the announcements page after login says:
