I followed the instructions https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2197357.msg22082659#msg22082659
ask for help,

my sent personal messages to theymos or Cyrus, not reply
----------------------

Hello! I am the old forum user, unfortunately for me, I have not taken precautions for complex password and my account has been stolen. Is there a possibility for recovering ?
Here is my profile https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=372662

There is no bitcoin wallet in my profile, but in my last message there is an ether wallet , I gave recommendation of gwei size https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1482690.msg26091974#msg26091974

I can send you a coin from this wallet as a proof. I have as well received an email for changing password
Here is image /screenshot https://prnt.sc/hym5zc
but it was late as I have seen it after 14 days - this is my secondary email.

I would be grateful for any help you provide me in this situation. Best regards

Did you follow the instructions?

From the instructions:
Quote
If you want us to recover a hacked/lost account, you need to prove that you own it. Typically, the only acceptable method of proving ownership is by signing a message (including current date and desired new email address) using a Bitcoin address or PGP key associated with the account. A Bitcoin address or PGP key is associated with the account only if the account posted the key/address, sent it in a PM, or if it is still listed in the account's profile.

Sending a payment from an ETH address isn't going to help. If there's no Bitcoin address or PGP key that you posted then there's nothing you can do to get it back. Even people that have followed the instructions are waiting months to get their account back.

I know about the instruction with bitcoin wallet and PGP key but I have read there what, I quote:”if this step did not help, you can try to address your demand to me or LZ.”
That is why I hope Xandry or LZ will see this topic and will help me.

I'm not sure what you are quoting here, but they likely can't help you in this situation. Only theymos and cyrus is currently dealing with recovery of hacked accounts. They likely haven't answered due to no sufficient evidence that the account belongs to you. if it's as you said that you do not have an address linked to the account then you won't be getting access to that account.
