Following a good run of bets on 22/3/17, my account was blocked and I failed to login my account. Contacted customer support and was advised to contact security@1x-bit.com. Their message to me was:

Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

I do have an understanding as to why this may have happened as I introduced this website to a room mate of mine so therefore there would be two accounts under the same IP address. What I don't understand is their approach as to why they do not provide a reason as they do not present their case as to why my account is blocked. Correspondence with security@1x-bit.com is extremely slow and their live chat cannot provide any assistance.

Under their T's & C's: 2.28

Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:
Effective as of 1 January 2011.
bet cancellation;
closure of the customer’s account with the balance being refunded;
filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.

I had no intention of fraud on this matter as i simply referred my room mate to this website after he showed interest, even IF there was intention 2.28 states that there will be 'closure of the customer’s account with the balance being refunded'. At this point all I want is my remaining balance of 0.571 BTC to be refunded.

There was a similar thread :https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1775566.0
It seemed like there were representatives of 1xbit.com on this forum so I hope I can get some clarification as to what is going on.
Also asking the community for advice on this matter.

Cheers.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

That is their typical scam tatic!

If you decide to use their scam service, it is unlike better to do it at 1xbet.com, because in that case you can hold the responsible parties liable.

Read 1xBet scam + Betandyou 70:30 litigation, join + claim your money! and submit your claim using Report Issue

With you we have proof of 15 1xbet and 1xbit victims and we will likely start legal action in April. Customer support of 1xbit submitted that they are the same company like 1xbet. During legal action it is possible to find more traces.

1XBIT is SCAM... had an account for 1 month now... 96 MBT on my account.... made 3 deposits.... last days I won some bets... now I am not able to login... livechat told me that account is closed and I should write an email to security@1x-bit.com .... no answer.... as long as you lose you are welcome... but if someone wins some bets and has more won than lose, they will close your account. So big attention here. 1XBIT SCAM! NOT SERIOUS!
