I have created an excel spreadsheet with all the bitcointalk forum links I am following.
Since yesterday, when clicking on any hyperlinks, I have an error message saying: The site reports that the request is not valid.
Nevertheless, if I copy and paste the link directly into the browser, it works fine.

As suggested elsewhere, I have removed the cell hyperlink and reactivated. But this did not help.
Any help on how to solve this issue?

The forum currently is using Cloudflare.  You may need to pre-open the site in the browser you use.

I did try, but still not working. I read somewhere that this is the sort of behaviour of bots (but I am actually not!) and hence get blocked.
Keep looking for a solution.

Why not use bookmarks in your browser?

You can create custom directories and save them there.

Way easier than having to copy/paste them to a spreadsheet. Smiley
