It will dump after an 80% increase but it will still be up from where it was before the announcement. Bithumb is a big exchange and opens up a market to a lot of investors who otherwise wouldn't be able or willing to buy ICON.

The reason to grow is anticipation, estimating volume increase significantly through new requests and with the requests also increase in price. Free economics 101, theoretically.
