I want to try it out. If I can be far healthier with this, I wouldn't mind substituting most of my meals; eat to live, don't live to eat.

Same here. What would Christmas dinner be without actual food. I don't think you'd have to give up regular food to use it; I see it more as a supplement, since it's balanced to include every vitamin and mineral you'd need to stay healthy. I wouldn't want to have a gelatin soylent turkey for Christmas

You do realize that extra nutrition (not talking about calorie) will turn into fat?
Sure, I'll roll with that. I must also assert that I'm not getting extra nutrition, rather the opposite effect with my American diet.

Oh, sorry; I mean, to have certain meals as soylent alone. Either that or go half-and-half on a smaller meal and a small portion of soylent.

Base on wiki, it seems like a super healthy food....
"Soylent is a food substitute intended to supply all of a human body's daily nutritional needs, made from powdered starch, rice protein, olive oil, and raw chemical powders."

This might be time-saving? or maybe even efficient.. but that joy of eating something that you absolutely love to eat *_*
Nobody is too busy for eating. Everybody can miss 30 minutes a day. Saving 30 minute is good, you can save like 2700 minute or 45 hours a month (assuming you eat 3 times a day). Best for gamers

Best for gamers You need to rethink your life if you want to save 30 minutes a day, in order to spend more time gaming That's the only way to get top level in MMORPG.

Supplement companies have been doing meal replacement for a very long time now, and I have absolutely no reason to believe that Y-Combinator techies can do it any better than them. For what it's worth, I am pretty sure that milk is the perfect liquid diet, and a complete liquid diet, as baby mammals consume it as their exclusive source of calories during the highest growth period of their lives. This article by my guy Richard Nikoley of Free the Animal is a great straightforward discussion of it, but as a warning for some reason his site seems to be having problems at the moment and may give a malware error even though the URL is correct.

Except that most mammals are incapable to digest it once adult. About 20% of Humans can, but it's a genetic mutation that exists mostly in Europe and Afriica. The vast majority of adult Asians can't digest milk.

The vast majority of adult Asians can't digest milk. There is a specific enzyme that turns off in the transition into adulthood, but that doesn't mean that from a nutrient density and completeness perspective, it isn't perfect. And actually, people can develop milk tolerance despite the missing lactase enzyme if they introduce it slowly by building up a proper gut biome. And raw milk has lactase in it. But this is really not the appropriate medium to get into a debate about human nutrition.
