Hallo Bitcoin Forum,
The "PHELI" platform will allow anyone to provide services and sell second-hand goods for payment in bitcoin or other cryptocurrencys. Each user can create an account and publish an ad for a service that someone else can accept and perform. The payment is initially in the hands of the person who offers the service or the sale. We want to make people understand that paying for services or goods and in the long term for work is a necessary part of the process of legitimizing cryptocurrencies alongside fiat currencies.
Based on the "PHELI" platform we will develop a possibility how employees can be paid legally compliant in Bitcoin or possibly other crypto currencies. We will develop a software, possibly also hardware, which will enable this process to be both easy and controlled for the employer and, on the other hand, that payment can be carried out correctly in terms of legal requirements. We can imagine this as a digital cash register, which on the one hand enables remuneration and allows cooperation with the state authorities. If it turns out that the payment in Bitcoin or Ethereum based on data protection law will not be possible, we will possibly convert the Ophelia Pheli Token PHELI in a Token Swap into a standalone autonomous privacy Coin where the users can not see the blockchain but inspection by public authorities or courts would be possible in the event of civil or criminal law problems. This way we would have a similar data protection situation as in bank transactions but still the freedom of decentralization. A win-win situation.
