In general, most countries in the world have yet to declare their legitimacy on Bitcoin. Global regulators have not yet fully understood the emerging industry of cryptocurrency. This is also the main reason why many countries have not commented on the legitimacy of Bitcoin. Over time, some countries that are still waiting to see their changes may eventually determine their position and set rules that either endorse bitcoin use or declare bitcoin transactions illegal. The climbing Bitcoin popularity index continues to exceed expectations. However, not all countries view this cryptocurrency in a positive light.

To the best of my knowledge, Bitcoin has not been made illegal by legislation in most jurisdictions. However, some jurisdictions (such as Argentina and Russia) severely restrict or ban foreign currencies. Other jurisdictions (such as Thailand) may limit the licensing of certain entities such as Bitcoin exchanges. Regulators from various jurisdictions are taking steps to provide individuals and businesses with rules on how to integrate this new technology with the formal, regulated financial system.
But have you come to think of it... Whether Bitcoin can be used for illegal Activities... What are some ways you think it can be used for? (illegal Activities) mention some.
The legality of Bitcoin depends on who you are,and what you’re doing with it. It is important to remain up-to-date on the latest regulations concerning the digital currency. They are using for it's purpose,to save their wealth from external manipulation.

No Bitcoin is not Illegal. It is although not a legal tender but you can treat Bitcoin / altcoins as assets. You will see regulations coming up in next few months for Crypto Currencies in different countries and which is good for Cryptocurrencies and its believers.

No bitcoin is not illegal unless if your country ban the use of bitcoin. However people are being warned about the risk of bitcoin being not a legal tender. But it doent mean that something isn't legal tender, does not mean that it cannot be used for payment. It just means that there are no protections for either the consumer or the merchant, and that its use as payment is completely discretionary.

We can't sum up bitcoin's legitimateness as it varies from nation to nation simply like what you've said. Some thinks of it as lawful delicate, others don't recognize it and the rest are only unbiased about the said digital money. Utilize case as of this present time is restricted to being a theoretical resource and a type of installment, however the last isn't clearly being honed as there are just a couple of traders and administrations who acknowledge it as an installment. It relies upon the administration on how they translate bitcoin some of the time they proclaimed that bitcoin is unlawful however others said it is alright or legitimate. The nation government chooses in the event that they acknowledge bitcoin or not on the grounds that if not they restricted bitcoin and saying that it was unlawful and it was going on here in my nation previously yet now it was at that point authorize.

I think it really depends on the country you are in. But all in all, I dont think bitcoin itself is illegal, the only sad thing about it is can be used for illegal transaction worldwide and there are a lot of scam emerging using bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

The legality of Bitcoin depends on where you’re located. Bitcoin was legalized as a formal method of payment in Japan. In most countries Bitcoin is with no official ban or approval.

Some country declared the legalization of bitcoin but some country haven't. Bitcoin is not illegal as long as you don't use it in illegal transaction. Some country might not recognizing bitcoin but doesn't mean they ban it. It takes time in different countries to adopt in bitcoin.

Apparently, the practice is always ahead of the law, in the face of new issues, the views of the banks over the past time can be seen as not accepting Bitcoin as a legal means of payment. First of all, it is believed that when accepting Bitcoin as a currency, as a legitimate means of payment, the national sovereignty over monetary issues is compromised. to the effective management of monetary policy. Secondly, if Bitcoin is accepted it will be difficult to control, tax evasion, illegal transfers, payments, financing of illegal transactions will arise and thus state management of money , the economy will become very complex.

Bitcoin the same as conventional currency can be used for legal and illegal activities. Because, Bitcoin or fiat money is a tool to transact. as for its use it goes back to the owner of bitcoin itself. then, the legality of bitcoin differs in every country. overall, some countries have not set the bitcoin because they have not found the right legal framework for bitcoin. Furthermore, bitcoin is legal, but in a country that already regulates and accepts bitcoins with certain rules.

Yes bitcoin is really legal, it will be considered as illegal once it violated any law in the country or it can put harm to many people like drugs. Bitcoin is not legal but instead it was an investment where many people were attracted.

Be guided by the rule that it is not prohibited, it is allowed. And it is not reasonable for States to prohibit bitcoin, as this will cause greater demand)) , it is easier for them to lead, which we can now observe how large exchanges are bought. So bitcoin will not be banned.
