Yes, the author is absolutely right, may be not 95%, but the main part of altcoins/ICO will disappear without any traces. Lots of them are that a scam, some of them not reach a soft cap due to have poor ideas, bad management or other reasons. Even projects which will be listed on any exchange(s) can be not profitable for investors or holders and stop its existence very fast. But a few of them reach their goals and become really cool and useful altcoins!

Not all but coins with solid project behind the coins will survive until this market survive. Only 10 to 20% of all altcoins have a project which will survive in long run. Now some new ICO's are coming with healthy projects which have strong demand in the market but not all are that much strong and some are closing before their start.

Now just the very close situation to the fact that many of the coins simply disappear and I think you are right when you say about 90% or more

in my opinion, if you can not so decide. Some of them are used for own platforms. If coins are no longer traded, this eliminates its value. I just think that when there is something that is undesirable, then it will not be worth it, and I will also stop investing money if the value or coin does not have a good future.

I think there must be dead crypto coins, which cannot survive the current market conditions, due to the large number of coins on the market, but few investors are interested in crypto,

Yes, it is logical and obvious that most of the coins will die over time. Many projects turn out to be scams, many fail to realize their idea. Some simply cannot stand the competition in the market. So I agree with the opinion that there will be only the necessary coins.

The market of cryptocurrency is developing very quickly, coins become not relevant a few months after their release. Progress can not be stopped.

maybe not all, but I'm sure some will survive, for example top 100 coins that are very potential in the future, and most of these coins are many projects that have been running

I think no. Very many tokens and projects will die in the near future, because this is probably the most correct forecast, do you think that they really will survive? I hope so, but I still believe that 90% of projects will not be able to do this Smiley Smiley

Some of the coins with massive market cap should perhaps decrease a little, so others can enter the playing field too. I don't get how some projects are able to get millions of funding, but they offer nothing new or unique. Then all those blockchain projects trying to better the world have difficulties reaching their soft cap....all because people are still in shock about losing all their money a while back. I hope things turn for the better soon, would be great for development of those genuine projects...

Even two people born on the same day have different destinies. I do not see the need to compare two coins. As a matter of fact, some coins/tokens are made for the purpose of crypto and have no value or use. If these cryptos die, I won't be surprised.

Yeah I'm also agree to that statement. Only a few will survive and many will fall because of many factors.

That's why we must carefully choose which coin we are going to invest

Coins don't necessarily need to be traded before they survive. Why most of these crypto coins will die is because the project and their dev have not put in place a reasonable framework where their coins or tokens will be relevant to their project. So if their projects function well without their coins then why create a coin in the first place? This is why many coins will die in my opinion

I think that 95% of crypto coins and tokens won't survive and the reason is that a crypto coin in order to survive and get value it has to be accepted as a way of payment for purchase goods or services.
Very few coins will manage to do it at the end of the day and of course these coins will get enormous value.
The only thing you have to do is to find out which coins will enter the market of real currencies.
I agree, I am currently just aiming for the maintream cryptocurrencies at the moment, because there is simply too many coins coming out everyday, saturating the market and not allowing the promising and innovative projects to come to the spotlight, as it should be, I think the whole market needs some kind of revamp of some kind.

Of course not.

Don't get shocked if a coin from top 10 just vanishes in future. I believe 95% of the altcoins we have today will cease to exist in future. The reason is utility factor which is required to maintain the demand and most of the altcoins don't have the required use case or a project with not so unique idea. For surviving the market, you need to give user something new yet demanding.

Enthusiasts and trading volume also influence the survival of the coin on the exchange. there will be coins that have value and not there. because the greater the volume, the interest of the coin is a lot.

Yeah, Same thoughts from my side also like you. If we talking about the ICO coins then only few will survive and 90% to 95% just dump and dump and at the end nowhere. For many altcoins have some future but really high jump and dump due to the low market cap and of course no much interest over the investors. Still many times I took the risk and made the really good profit in the short term. But always I prefer for the BTC, ETH, and BCH.
