Good question, this won't be just for communities, but will focus on independent and autonomous examples of villages, communities, groups or individuals, reaching them the Budget System opportunity and also using the Premine to involve this groups with language barriers.
Our objective is to be a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), so it would never be managed by a single community.
