First of all, you should include some information regarding the potential investment! You can't attract anyone by just raising the finger and hoping for someone to lick it.  Roll Eyes

Can one invest with leverage?
Which currencies will you accept?
Are there statistics about the site's profit?
What % is the house edge?

what need collateral?

A collateral would be some sort of security for the investor. We dont want anybody running away with our money do we? So we need a collateral that we can liquidate in case the person we are lending to fails to repay on time/ or is in default.
