I'm impressed the fact that - name the payment provider and they have it.
Is it really true? If all things here are legit, then, why is the project pretty dormant?
They can attract a lot of users as well as investors if the content in the OP are already in place at least.

To be able to interconnected with any FIAT currency payment with CARD.
Looking on the list of card provider, that is a lot of provider supported by MOBILUM.
On another project, usually they just got a few Card provider listed.
