I don't think they excess the soft cap. The smart contract refund ETH if they don't.

So if you invest you get the coins. Good value.

BUT maybe you get them 100% free. I have ETH ready to make a fantastic trade  

The project is implemented even though the soft cap is not reached.

You get a legend ICO card if you invest minimum .03 ETH.
