Yobit blocked my account for using chat to promote my coin and froze my funds

My Yobit account is blocked , i tried to promoted my coin in chat like everyone else was doing and suddenly it showed up that my account is blocked. I have not received any response from them, i have raised tickets, i have tweeted on their page several times, i have mailed them yet no response, i hope they see this post and this is right place to discuss my issue. Please unblock my account, block me from chat if that is what you want but please unblock my account, i am just a student of age 22. I can give identity card to prove my identity that i'm not a scammer or anything and in no way harmful to the exchange, i only did a mistake by promoting my coin in chat and i promise to not repeat it again. Please unblock my account. Its a humble request. Its my saving from last winters which is 4 months of work. Please unblock my account, i promise to not do this again. IF you want block me from chat forever since all my fault was to promote my coin in chat that also just 2 times with few messages like everyone else was doing i did not know it was not allowed, i'm sorry that was a mistake but blocking my account is not the way to punish please.

Hope you've learnt your lesson here. Nowhere online is it okay to promote a coin. It's called shilling at best, it's called spamming at worst. My advice: just open another support ticket, or respond to the one you opened. And wait. You broke a rule and it's not uncommon at all for spammers to be ignored. That's what happens when you break rules (which actually is just common sense).

I seriously did not know about it, i had no clue i was actually spamming and now i obviously won't repeat it ever again, i just want my account back. I tried messaging them directly but they haven't allowed newbie members to message them directly at bitcoin talk. And i have already opened 3 tickets. I hope i get my account back.

Afaik users that are disobeying chat rules will be banned only on chat and the accounts are not affected (well, mostly). Are you sure you did not do anything else?
Don't flood them with tickets, it won't help. Expect to wait long for their response, not even sure if they will, but who knows?

Did you post links in your chat? If yes, there's a possibility that they considered it as an infected link that's why your account have been blocked (that's based on their post on 2016). Anyway, another two users seems to have the same problem recently (See here & here)

No i did not post any link, all i was saying that was that Mlite coin is all green today and rising, buy to make profit, like everybody else was doing, That's all.

I think, exchangers have an eye on bumping dumping groups and ban all, who are involved in those illegal activities. Traders are cheated by orchestred pumps of coins, which go up and suddenly hit the ground and others, who baught those coins in good (naive) believe on chat reccommendations loose their money. Yobit seems actually also to ban devs, who dump their own coins. It is good, that they are preventing traders against cheaters, but it would be bad, if you accidentally came into their crossfire. If so, you maybe could explain to a chat mod via pm and ask him, if he can help you, if you didn't already.

Same suspicion on here since there are similar case on OP and with 2 previous users you have linked out.Posting up links would really be prohibited and doing such thing will really put you in trouble.

Intention or not,its already too late your account had been blocked and reaching out the team would really be pain in the ass because they wont really respond after all.

Wow okay, I had no idea yobit thread has been locked for so many months already. And I see confirmation from this thread also (but I can see posts there from this year? So maybe it is locked and unlocked at certain times).

I had my fun with Yobit. I think it was good to me, especially last year with all the free and auto fork coins from Bitcoin. I sold everything rightaway, in total maybe 20% profit mostly from BCH and BTG. Withdrew and all was fine. Guess it is time to say goodbye to them judging from how everything seems to be in decline.

I don't think anyone could help you here anymore. If you just chat without link and not do anything else before you have been banned, maybe yobit see some suspicious activity or is just banning random accounts. No one will know unless they respomd in yout ticket.

My suspicion about OP and the other two users are that they were promoting Pump and Dump coin. Many groups requires to shill for the coin in the chat after the initial pump with the idea to attract random users/funds into the pump. Yobit and Cryptopia is full of those shills.

OP, was the coin you are promoting in a pump during your chat spam?

Yobit exchange is not a good one to play your bitcoin. They have a worst support that dont answer in your tickets plus full of shit coins in their site. But in other side what you did is not good, that is spamming and will be dealt accordingly. Good luck in recovering your funds.

Yobit is very poor in support so expect that youll get nothing from them quickly.

You dont have to say sorry to public and as others have found you are also spreading some malicious link.

Its also why its not okay to shill any coin on exchanges chat. Just dont do it again and you just take this as lesson.

How did your account get banned from withdrawals as well is my question.

If you violate a chat rule and get banned by a mod then it will only mean your account gets banned from chatting. I am not aware of yobit ever banning an account from withdrawing just because a chat rule was violated. As others asked, are you sure that you haven't done anything else other than promoting the coin that you talked about?

Yobit will not see this post, they are not active on forum anymore after their sig campaign ended. Their support is atrocious, so you won't see any response from them either in a short amount of time imo. Unfortunately all you can do is wait for a response, and even if they do give you a response it might not be positive. Just another reason why you shouldn't work with yobit at all.

Initially, you need to read the terms. And do not just accept other people's rules without getting acquainted with them. try writing in support further. Perhaps you will be answered. But I doubt it. In any case, it is difficult for me to conduct business with this stock exchange.
