BlockChina.io

Unify China on the Blockchain

What is BlockChina?

Buy China Provinces as Smart Contracts using blockchain technology and take over the China on BlockChina.
Can you beat Xi Jinping to unify China first? You need to own every province including Taiwan and Diaoyutai Islands.
BlockChina is an interactive game that lets any Ethereum hodlers buy and own provinces as Smart Contracts on the Ethereum Blockchain. As soon as you acquire a province, you will become the new owner and the price will automatically increase!

Now here’s the catch! If someone else wants to buy your province, they can take it away from you by paying up to double the price that you paid. You will then lose the ownership of that province, but you will receive up to double the amount in ETH automatically transferred back to your crypto wallet. Isn’t that great?

Leaderboard The more provinces you own, the higher you rank on the leaderboard and if you own more than 4 provinces at any point in time, you become the SuperOwner and get +1 point in the SuperOwner Leaderboard. And if you own ALL the provinces at any point of time, you become the new Emperor of China.

Advertising If you own a province, you essentially own an advertising space. Your nickname, which you can modify, appears on it and if your nickname contains a url, people can click on it.

Why is that so? There are quite a few collectibles DApps out there.

I thought I'd seen them all. Reminds me somewhat of that old Romance of the Three Kingdoms boardgame. The idea would definitely appeal to those who like nation conquering, except that there has to be more of a gaming element, rather than just collectible value - or the richest players just ruin the game very quickly.

Gives me an idea for a similar on-chain game, but it'd need to keep all the political and economical aspects (how about warfare too yeah?) of ROTK.

Or the richest gets to win them all ? Sounds like a typical capitalist concept to me.

Either way,OP are you somehow affiliated with blockstates.io ? They have a fairly similar concept and they choose to offer New York City as their kingdom to conquer. The underlying concept is almost the same with a different country and their culture.

Yes we are also the developers for http://blockstates.io/ as well. Actually it is states that we offer not cities as the kingdom to conquer.
