I have 3 choices to add up but its up to you to select on them since you only need two and this are USDT,Ripple and Monero since the holders are wide aswell they are been strong,stable and trusted crypto nowadays. Only btc I think would be the best option considering the market cap and people who own it is the highest compared to any other coin. So if you place some small coin in ATM hardly few people may use it and to run the ATM we require highest number of footfalls and only btc coin can provide that at the moment.

Litecoin and tenxpay should be considered as the best choice to be added. because that has been used by so many people to make any payment and transaction to buy anything right now. Consider litecoin as liteversion of bitcoin.
