which coins to add to tagcash.net exchange and why?

We are just in the process of setting up our exchange, based out of Makati, Philippines - we will be licensed and regulated with the Bangko Sentral, with 100m Peso Paid up capital (approx USD $2.3m), and working with Standard Chartered Bank to take in deposits in multiple currencies (approx 8 so far). There is more to the company than just the exchange, but in this topic I wanted to ask members which crypto coin pairs should be traded, and which currency/crypto pairs. Be good to get reasons why a coin should be included and also why certain coins should NOT be included.
