https://coinmarketcap.com/coins/ There is Circulating Supply column in the table.
I need to know where or how coinmarketcap get this value.

I haven't found this value in Binance API Documentation https://github.com/binance-exchange/binance-official-api-docs/blob/master/rest-api.md

I have researched a lot of articles what is Circulating Supply and seems that exchanges' API should provide this data.
But all those exchanges that I researched don't provide these data.

If compare https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/ and https://www.cryptocompare.com/coins/btc/overview/USD we can see that Circulating Supply have almost the same value.
How these sites calculated these values?
